Pork Recipe
Then poured sauce over chops and put stove top burner on low and let simmer for 20 minutes on as low as stove top would go.They turned out tender enough to cut with fork. What a fantastic recipe. It was delicious!!!

Very tasty and appetizing recipe, looks good when served too. Simple ingredients & convenient to cook using Happy Call. Sauce is good enough for 5. A great success on my 2nd attempt. My daughter even ate all the minced garlic bits in the sauce as they were crunchy & sweet. My family asked me to cook double portion next time. Thanks for sharing the great recipe & tips!
This recipe was a hit with all 3 of my picky eaters; ages ten, five , and three. Getting them all to agree on food options is not an easy task, but they all loved the chops. The recipe was so very simple yet DELICIOUS. Thank you for sharing!
I have to move the top rack down in my oven because most food will go from fine to burnt in about 30 seconds if its too close. If you are up for trying this recipe again, move your rack down a notch or two and keep an eye on it. Unfortunately most cook times are approximate because no oven is the same ( oh how I wish they were)
I made these for my grandmother, first time ever cooking pork chops, and she said they were so delicious she was sucking on the bone! Recipe was super easy and shes already requesting them again!
Was looking for something different for dinner tonight. Found this recipe and I am so thrilled that I made it! Everyone absolutely loved it. The sauce is delicious! This is definitely a keeper. Thanks for publishing it!
I made this for my husband tonight and he enjoyed them. It was a nice change from the fried or grilled chops. Great flavor. Made it with mixed vegetables and teriyaki noodles. This is a keeper!! Looking forward to trying more of your recipes. Thank you.
This recipe is absolutely amazing! My nine year old daughter said I was only allowed to make pork chops like this from now on, and that it was her new third favorite food. Which is a big deal coming from her. The only thing I did different was I added about a tablespoon and a half of sriracha sauce because our house likes a bit of a kick with our pork.
This was a simple recipe that tasted like I spent hours cooking. Next time I will make extra sauce to drizzle over rice or potatoes. This was loved by the whole family. I loved it so much that I had to make this my first online comment for recipes! Thank you for sharing this amazing pork recipe.
Made these tonight with the oven method and they were awesome. Used bone in chops and my mom was licking the bones haha. Added Sautéed onion and red pepper flakes- my only change to the recipe. Served with rice bread and salad. Complete. Thank you!!
Karina, Karina, Karina!!!! Girl, you have a winner with this one! You are a foodie queen, I followed the recipe to the t and I got rave reviews from the whole family, I will be keeping this one in monthly rotation for sure. Thanks so much for all your great and oh so delicious recipes.
I use meat mellet on pork chops every time I make anything out of them. It makes them more tender. Just hit every chop a few times before you put the seasoning on them, and they will turn out better ?
I am not a novice in the kitchen but I felt like one tonight thanks to you! The recipe was delicious and turned out amazing. I served the chops over white rice and spooned the remaining honey glaze over the rice then placed chop on top and added some broccoli and a slice of fresh garlic bread. Thank you for recipe. It was truly amazing and simple. And, as I type this and look about the kitchen, clean up is simple and will not be an all night affair!

I am especially passionate about that sub-category of food made of simple recipes using basic ingredients that deliver major flavours with minimal effort. Easy Garlic Ginger Glazed Sticky Pork is all of those things.
Kalua Pork- Juicy, tender, smoky shredded pork that you find almost everywhere in Hawaii, on their classic lunch plates, at their Luaus, family get-togethers and potlucks is just a 3-ingredient wonder!!
Say hello to this juicy grilled pork tenderloin! Rubbed with a delicious spice blend and then soaked in a grilled pork tenderloin marinade, this piece of pork is charred to perfection.
Think of this sticky honey pork like a pork stir fry. We sliced boneless pork chops into small, bite-sized pieces and stir-fried it in a bit of olive oil and cornstarch to give them texture and tenderness.
The great this about this easy pork recipe is that you probably already have the ingredients needed in your kitchen right now. Also, pork chops are inexpensive and super accessible at most grocery stores.
While you quickly cook pork in some cornstarch which gets it crispy but juicy, it is the sauce which is the star. Comprising a ton of garlic and ginger and then getting saltiness from soy sauce and sweetness from the dark brown sugar, it is both sweet and salty.
Toss the thinly sliced pork with some cornstarch before cooking in a skillet with some oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes, or until the pork is cooked and slightly charred. Remove from the skillet.
Thank you, for sharing this recipe - I love Mongolian Beef and I happened to have pork thawed, so this was right up my alley. I subbed the brown sugar for some orange ? marmalade infused with jalepeno that I had made earlier today. I used 1/4 cup and added all other ingredients as the recipe states. It came out perfectly!
I made this tonight to help get rid of a pork loin. It came together so easily! This was also amazingly easy and so delicious. I added mushrooms and it was great. This definitely makes it into the rotation.
*The USDA now recommends letting the tenderloin get to 145F and letting it rest at least 3 minutes. With a perfect pork tenderloin temperature of 145F, the meat will still be slightly pink in the middle.

Hi Mike. It can be a bit longer depending on the oven but at 400F it took 13-15 min. I would make sure your oven is fully preheated beforehand. I highly recommend the use of an internal oven thermometer to check how your oven heats and using an instant read food thermometer and cook until the center of the pork register at least 150F.
Do you know if this can be done in a slow cooker? My oven quit on me. I love your recipe, but afraid to ruin a perfectly good recipe by cooking it this way. If it can be done, do I need to do something different?
Hi Jennifer, this recipe is for pork tenderloin which ranges between one to two pounds. You will have to cook it longer if you are using pork loin. The USDA now recommends letting the tenderloin get to 145F for safe consumption. I would start by adding on a few mins at a time and check the internal temperature until it is ready. I hope that helps.
I absolutely love this recipe, I decided to make it for my neighbor dinner party. We have cocktails and appetizers, then salads before the main course. How far in advance and to what step in the cooking process can I make this to minimize the cooking while I have guests.
I have prepared this pork loin roast twice for myself and my husband using these rub ingredients except the coriander, I used paprika instead. Cooked in my small cast iron skillet according to your directions. It was delicious and the smell of the ingredients in the kitchen were as it was cooking was making me so hungry for this roast pork loin. I served along with it brown rice, string beans, sweet potato souffle. My husband really has raved how good this pork loin was each time I made it. Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely wonderful made as recipe suggested very tender and full of flavor. My Christmas dinner was a success will surely make this many more times. Thank you Natasha, will definitely be making more of your wonderful dishes.
Just made this and it was so good and easy. Usually make our tenderloin on the grill, but it was raining.Have been making so many of your recipes during stay-at-home cooking. Love that they are easy and usually have most of the ingredients.Margie Hilton
Absolutely delicious! Followed your recipe as written. My husband recently had open heart surgery and this is, as you commented, a great alternative to steak. My husband loved it! Thank you Natasha! Your recipes never disappoint!
This is the best recipe i have ever used , you out did your self again nice lady. i do most of the cooking in my house because its my hobby and following you makes life easier. Looking for a good fish stew recipe, tried a couple but not so great.ThxsSal Cannizzo
Hi Natasha. Love all of your recipes. Thanks for dedicating your time so that we can have wonderful recipes.Silly question for the day ! I always follow your seasoning but when making this recipe I always have half of it leftover. I know you loose some of the seasoning when browning the meat but do you actually use the full amount. I season the meat fully but wondering if it needs to be coated and applied much thicker ?
Perfect in every way! It took longer in the oven than directed in the recipe, but every pan is different as is every oven. Everyone had seconds, which is unheard of in my house. This will be my go-to recipe! 041b061a72
