Others pointed out that even SMS-based 2FA is better than just securing accounts with a password. According to the last known 2FA usage numbers (from 2H 2021), the SMS-based 2FA option is the most widely used by far, because less tech-savvy users find it to be the easiest to understand and set up.

As of June 30, 2021 and 2020, long-term accounts receivable, net of allowance for doubtful accounts, was $3.4 billion and $2.7 billion, respectively, and is included in other long-term assets in our consolidated balance sheets.

The allowance for doubtful accounts reflects our best estimate of probable losses inherent in the accounts receivable balance. We determine the allowance based on known troubled accounts, historical experience, and other currently available evidence.

We record financing receivables when we offer certain of our customers the option to acquire our software products and services offerings through a financing program in a limited number of countries. As of June 30, 2021 and 2020, our financing receivables, net were $4.4 billion and $5.2 billion, respectively, for short-term and long-term financing receivables, which are included in other current assets and other long-term assets in our consolidated balance sheets. We record an allowance to cover expected losses based on troubled accounts, historical experience, and other currently available evidence.

In June 2016, the FASB issued a new standard to replace the incurred loss impairment methodology under current GAAP with a methodology that reflects expected credit losses and requires consideration of a broader range of reasonable and supportable information to inform credit loss estimates. We adopted the standard effective July 1, 2020. We use a forward-looking expected credit loss model for accounts receivable, loans, and other financial instruments. Credit losses relating to available-for-sale debt securities are recorded through an allowance for credit losses rather than as a reduction in the amortized cost basis of the securities. We applied a modified retrospective approach through a cumulative-effect adjustment to retained earnings as of the effective date to align our credit loss methodology with the new standard. The adoption of the standard did not have a material impact on our consolidated financial statements.

The critical audit matters communicated below are matters arising from the current-period audit of the financial statements that were communicated or required to be communicated to the audit committee and that (1) relate to accounts or disclosures that are material to the financial statements and (2) involved our especially challenging, subjective, or complex judgments. The communication of critical audit matters does not alter in any way our opinion on the financial statements, taken as a whole, and we are not, by communicating the critical audit matters below, providing separate opinions on the critical audit matters or on the accounts or disclosures to which they relate.

@GenaricName - it sounds to me like you aren't reading what's been posted... you claimed that this camera needed "decent stabilization", whatever that is, and i pointed out sony catalyst browse, which nikon for instance does not have, and you once again failed to acknowledge that this sony camera has better stabilization than the competition.

you just told us that this camera has "bad IS", which is quite wrong as i pointed out, the gyro data in sony video can be used by apps like catalyst browse and gyroflow, and it's better than eis in several respects, which you evidently didn't know either... eis for instance has a fixed crop, but with software you have choices of crop sizes.

This would have made for quite an interesting city and landscape travel camera, its so small and light you could take i everywhere, even during bike holidays etc. and the price is okayish for a device that could be used for a decade instead of the throw-away nature a high end smartphone has. shame they cut raw support out. feels like a typical sony consumer product - its basically perfect, with one huge downside.

At its press conference at the 2007 Tokyo Game Show, Sony announced DualShock 3 (trademarked DUALSHOCK 3), a PlayStation 3 controller with the same function and design as Sixaxis, but with vibration capability included.[123] Hands-on accounts describe the controller as being noticeably heavier than the standard Sixaxis controller and capable of vibration forces comparable to DualShock 2.[124] It was released in Japan on November 11, 2007;[125] in North America on April 5, 2008;[126] in Australia on April 24, 2008; in New Zealand on May 9, 2008; in mainland Europe on July 2, 2008,[127] and in the United Kingdom and Ireland on July 4, 2008.

If you have a Roth IRA, the situation is a bit different. Withdrawals from Roth accounts are tax-free, so you won't benefit from the foreign taxes you paid. But don't let the lack of a tax benefit deter you from holding foreign investments in your Roth account; it could still make sense to include foreign assets for diversification and potential growth.

I got a lottery mail from SONY UK. It claim i have won some amount of money and Phone. I have sent some information like name, address, Photo. not card details, It is so because this mail had sent from sony-lotto@consultant.com. Further after reading that it is a scam i got scared. will they do anything with it?

I received a email this morning from a Ukrainian lottery office, I looked up the website and it showed stores fronts and the address on the header was correct and even the email address was not a public email server, they sent me a PDF file asking for my name address and bank accounts and router numbers, I know in most cases money can only be deposited but I am still not 100% sure, the ticket was purchased supposedly by a young lady who lives in the Ukraine So it sounds rather suspicious, I wrote them back and told them to forward the money to her so right now I am waiting to see what will happen

Did you know that Amazon owns Twitch? Mind blown, we know, but everything owns everything nowadays (except your local businesses, so #shopsmall). That being said, a lot of us have Amazon Prime accounts, and that gives us some Twitch superpowers. 041b061a72
